The Advanced PCM packages (including the Coaching, Recruitment or Trainer Tip options) cover both basic and advanced seminars. Certification time and costs are additional.

The Train-the-Trainer package covers one of the Advanced PCM packages and the 8 day Train-the-Trainer training and the 2 days of Certification (in the case of the TTT package, Certification time and costs are included).

Curriculums

We recommend for trainees to do full curriculums:

Anyone who has done a training with KCB is welcome to repeat it with us at minimal cost. The cost for such a repeat (called repeat cost) covers admin and venue costs. This low rate also applies for people who are accepted in the program even though they were trained by someone else (provided the previosu training is within the time window defined in the training details).

Those who decide to do one module, than later on decide to register for another one to complete a package (within the allotted time window) are charged the full price of the individual module.

Discounts:

We offer early bird discount as follows : 10% discount if down payment is done 6 months or more before the start of the training.

Special discounted prices are available for private individual only for base and advanced seminars; no certifying package is offered at such discounted price.

Differed payment plan for certifying packages can be negotiated for private or self employed individuals who are starting a business but are low on funds.

Discounted prices are available upon request for specific people groups such as asbl, teachers, etc.

PCM Basic Training seminar (101 A)

Course overview

This three day training program is designed to teach individuals how to use a process approach as members of teams, in negotiations and in their everyday work and personal lives. They will learn how to connect with others, communicate more effectively and insure cooperative relationships with those with whom they interact.

They will learn how to keep themselves out of distress and how to deal with others who may be in distress. In addition to the course manual, participants will receive their own individualized profiles which includes their personality structure, strengths, stressors and an action plan for success.

The Basic training can be given in Open Seminars where people from various background and experience come and learn how to apply the model in their professional or private lives. Schedule for these Open Seminars may vary as it can be given in straight days or in a 2+1 pattern or even in 8 evening sessions.

Basic Trainings can also be purchased by a company (Intra-company seminars) and the schedule and content adapted to the client’s need. For instance, content can be focused on Sales or Negotiation, Basic Management Skills or Conflict Resolution. Depending on the content, the seminar can be given in schedules ranging from 2 days (Executive) to 4 days, from weekdays to weekend or residential settings.

Course overview

The Advanced Training is a two day training that focuses on connecting, motivating, and resolving conflict. There is much time for role play and real life situation approach to integrate intervention and prevention strategies that will facilitate crisp communication and effective relationships.

Participants will also receive their own individualized manuals with base and phase scripts identified.

PCM Coach Training & Certification (202 A+B)

Course overview

This is a three day seminar (+ optional 1-day coach certification) for anyone in a coach/mentoring relationship. The course teaches the participant how to connect with another person in their own frames of reference, to understand and motivate the person, to give the right support adapted to personality, and how to understand, deal with, and redirect negative behaviors into positive performance and purpose. Participants will also receive information about their own personality dynamics.

Professional coaches who qualify (1 year min coaching training and member of a coaching network) can become certified and thus access the PCM material for their clients.

PCM Recruiter Training + Certification (203 A+B)

Course overview

This is a three day seminar for anyone who is recruiting inside or outside the company. There is possibility to proceed to a 1-day certification day, to get certified as a PCM recruiter so you can use the PCM in your recruiting efforts.

The course teaches easy practical tools that the recruiter can use to define the candidate’s personality profile through observation. It also teaches the recruiter how to establish a clear “ideal” profile fitted to the job he’s recruiting for. He can then match the job profile to the candidate’s profile that comes the closest.

Professional recruiters who qualify (recruitment training or experience and/or currently exercising this role in their job) can become certified and thus access the PCM material for their recruitments.

PCM Trainer Tips (204 A)

Course overview

This is a three day seminar for anyone involved in giving trainings.

The course teaches the trainer how to recognise the personality types of the participants in a given training. By using his knowledge of Process Communication, the trainer will then be able to address each participant in the channel to which he(she) is most responsive and thus will ensure that his material will be heard and understood.

Module III (Train-the-Trainer module)

For those who wish to teach PCM Module I & II to others, by becoming a certified PCM Provider.

PCM Train the Trainer + Certification (301 A+B)

Course overview

This is a 8 day seminar (2×4) for anyone who is interested to teach the Process Communication Model and give the three day PCM Basic Training (PCM 101a).

The course teaches the trainer how to integrate all the theory behind the Model and how to deliver it in a clear, practical way while demonstrating its power and impact on relationships.

The goal of these eight days is to prepare each participant for the two days of certification that will follow.

Each future certified trainer must first qualify to follow this course:

  1. The first requirement is to have completed a base seminar (minimum 3 days) and an advanced seminar within the two year window that precedes the start of the Train-the-Trainer training.
  2. A second requirementis to have met the representative of Kahler Communication Belgium and to have signed a confidentiality agreement in order to discuss business plans and the commercial conditions associated with a PCM trainer certification. The commercial contract is also be reviewed during this interview.

The new traineee must come prepared since the training begins with a knowledge test. Next, the content of the training is reviewed and the assignments handed out. During the next 8 days, each trainee will present different chapters of the 3-day base seminar while demonstrating an ability to “process” with each of the PCM personality types.

The certification days which follows is typically scheduled 3 or 4 weeks after the end of the training in order to give time to prepare all the chapters and exercise their PCM processing skills. During the certification, each trainee which has been given a chapter chosen at random must demonstrate a good knowledge of the content, skills to present it and a clear ability to interface with each of the 6 presonnality types.

Module IV (Expert Training)

PCM Team Coaching Training (401 A+B)

Course overview

This is a three day seminar (+ optional Team coaching certification process) for anyone desiring to apply a methodology derived from PCM methodology in Team Coaching. The course teaches the participant how to teach enough of the basics of PCM to a team in order to understand the individual and team profile. It furthermore places the emphasis on Team coaching via theory, exercises and especially workshops. The participants also learn how to develop a Team profile and SCORE card from the individual profiles.

PCM certified coaches can become certified and thus access the PCM material for teams.
